The maximum accommodation for the cottage is five persons.
Additionally an infant can be accommodated in a cot (which
can be supplied if required).
It is a condition of letting that there is no smoking
in the house, nor can we accommodate pets.
The bookings are weekly, Saturday to Saturday, and are inclusive of all fuel costs, except for the clothes washer and tumble drier, which are coin operated.
A deposit (non-returnable) is payable on booking whilst the balance is due at least eight weeks in advance of arrival.
Please note that liability for the balance arises at
booking and in your own interest you should take out holiday
insurance to cover the risk of cancellation. If we
are able to re-let this liability will not
apply and we will be pleased to refund a proportion of the deposit.
Availability is subject to any other booking received in advance of hearing from you.
We do not ask for a security deposit but trust our guests to
report and meet the cost of any damage or breakages.
Arrival is requested to be at our home, Laurelhurst, 38 Ashford Rd). between 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. unless otherwise arranged. Departure is to be by 10.00 a.m.
